Courtney has an extensive background in the care industry where her passion for others was developed and demonstrated. Courtney has held management roles within customer services environments and is currently undertaking study in Human Resources.

Sarah is the glue that keeps our team organised and on their a-game. With her calm demeanor and attitude to delivering support services, Sarah thrives on the busyness of the consulting and legal world and enjoys supporting the team in a variety of ways. No job is ever too big or too small, and she approaches all work with the same care and attention. 

Sarah holds almost 20 years of experience within high-level administrative roles and is our expert and go-to for back-of-house operations. Sarah is friendly and approachable and ensures our client journeys from start to finish are seamless.

Joseph is a driven and dedicated professional, in the penultimate year of his law degree. Joseph is passionate about organisational culture, in particular, the creation of diverse and inclusive workplace cultures and environments.

Ruth’s expertise working within the health care sector, coupled with her determination to see high-quality care,make her an invaluable member of the Ignite team.

With decades of experience connecting and working with teams within the aged care community, Ruth has successfully audited and assisted aged care providers to implement processes and improvements to see deliver positive results. 

Ruth’s personable nature, non-biased approach, and exceptional attention to detail allow clients to take practical and measurable steps to improve their offerings.

Vicki’s kindness and calm nature are only the beginnings of what make her an asset to those she works with. As a qualified Diversional Therapist, and Bachelor of Dementia Care, Vicki provides consumer-centred care and education in Leisure, Health, and Management to teams across a range of health care providers.

Her passion and advocacy for those experiencing dementia and their families are what has driven Vicki to her success over her 30 year career in Community Services. Vicki’s desired outcome in her work is to see an improvement in the quality of life for dementia patients, as well as the empowerment of the staff and teams and to see them continue this success long after she is gone.
