My journey with Ignite HR and Employment Law began in late 2019, starting out as Karen Ansen Consulting. With a strong foundation in Employment Law, my name is synonimous with great advice and support. Ignite HR and Employment Law represents a spark of energy, synergy, and capability. Whether it’s through innovative ideas, building capability in others, or providing practical support, I bring fresh energy to every interaction and piece of work I deliver.
I am deeply passionate about delivering expert people, culture, and employment law services to a diverse range of clients. My focus is always on crafting tailored, practical solutions that align with your unique circumstances. I strive to be more than just a problem solver—I aim to be your trusted, strategic partner every step of the way.
